The horse and pony leads are made from the same thick latigo leather that we use for our belts.  We offer two different style horse leads, either plan or braided.  The braided horse lead are  over 6′ with 24″ or 30″ chains.  If you wish to have a shorter braided lead it is a special order and may take 7 to 10 days prior to shipping.
